One last cigarette.

Whenever I tried to do something meaningful in the past, resistance kicked in.

A quick snooze before I start writing, a quick bite before the diet, one last cigarette before I quit.

And that snooze lasts hours, the last cigarette leads to a whole packet.

Inevitably, I find myself deeper in shit.

Then I start start thinking about the things I SHOULDN'T DO instead of concentrating on what I should be doing.

This time, I'm thinking about writing one line before I take that nap. I think about drinking water instead of thinking about not smoking.

And it's working fine.
